Online assessments
All eligible applicants will be invited to complete online assessments which helps us understand more about who you are – not just your skills, but your preferred ways of working. The online assessments will also include a short video interview which allows us to get a better understanding of who you are and your communication style. We will also be looking for several competencies that are valuable to our business and that will really set you up for success in our graduate program. Hot tip – while we understand that completing a video interview can be daunting, we encourage you to present your authentic self. Reading from a script can take away from how you naturally communicate, so please step away from this and let your true self shine!
Assessment centre
In the final stage of our process, you’ll receive an invitation to join us for an online assessment centre. Here you’ll have the opportunity to meet our people and ask any questions that you may have about our program. The assessment centre will include a range of activities but will most importantly, give you the opportunity to learn more about us and gain a strong understanding of what life as a Kmart Group graduate could look like!

Shortly after the Assessment Centre, successful applicants will be presented with an offer of employment
