Enjoy the convenience of having your Click and Collect order delivered straight to your car. When you receive an SMS confirming that your order is ready to collect, select Direct to Boot as your preferred collection type.

Currently, Direct to Boot is offered in 6 Kmart stores.

How to get there

1. Enter Tarneit Central from Rebecca Promenade (behind Kmart).

2. Turn left toward the loading dock upon entry.

3. Direct to Boot car park bays are immediately on the right.

How to get there

1. Enter Keilor Central from Taylors Road traffic lights (adjacent to KFC).

2. Turn right at the T-intersection in the car park.

3. Travel to the edge of the car park.

4. Turn left along the edge of the building and travel 130m. Direct to Boot parking bays are adjacent to the building.

How to get there

Kmart Direct to Boot is only accessible North bound on Pascoe Vale Road.

1. Enter the slip lane situated between ground level and the multi-level car park of Broadmeadows Shopping Centre.

2. Travel 50m down the slip lane.

3. Direct to Boot car bays are immediately on your left.

How to get there

1. Enter Parkmore shopping Centre from Kingsclere Ave (next to Hungry Jacks).

2. Take the first right and travel 55m.

3. Direct to Boot car bays are adjacent to the building on your left.

How to get there

1. Enter the main car park of Kmart Bairnsdale via Main St or Calvert St.

2. Direct to boot bays are located to the left of the main entrance facing onto the main car park.

How to get there

1. Enter Gate 2 West of Ringwood Street.

2. Follow the driveway around to the left, then continue driving straight to the ramp. Follow the ramp up two levels to Level 2 West, following the Click and Collect signs.

Shop Online

Order online and select Click & Collect as your delivery method at checkout. Choose the store that offers Direct to Boot.

Nominate Direct to Boot

You will receive a SMS to collect the items once ready. Using the link in the SMS, nominate Direct to Boot as your preferred collection type and select your pickup time.

Head to Store & Collect items

Drive to the store and park in the designated Direct to Boot parking area. We'll bring your order and put it directly into the boot of your car.

How collection works

  • Book a pickup time through the link in the collection confirmation SMS.

  • We'll send you an SMS confirming the time slot with a check-in link.

  • Don't forget to tap on "On my way" in Social Q when heading to the store and "I've arrived" once in store.

  • Once in store, please park in the designated area and wait for a team member to bring your items. If the designated bay is full, please wait in the parking area and move to the designated bay once it’s available.

  • The Kmart team member will bring your order in a trolley and put it directly in the boot of your car.

Direct To Boot Frequently Asked Questions:

Direct to Boot is available at six Kmart stores: Keysborough, Tarneit, Keilor, Broadmeadows, Bairnsdale & Eastland.

Currently, we are offering Direct to Boot in limited stores. If you’re ready to collect SMS does not include a link offering Direct to Boot, it means that the service may not be available in your selected store. Trial stores will display the option once the trial has commenced at that store.

Instructions will be provided telling you where to park along with the parking bays being clearly labeled in Social Q.

Social Q is a third party online appointment system Kmart partners with to provide customers the option to schedule their pickup time.

If your store is offering Direct to Boot, you will be able to select this as an option utilising the Social Q link in your ready to collect SMS.

Direct to boot is available from 8am to 6pm at eligible stores.

Once you’ve notified the store you have arrived, it can take up to 5 minutes for a team member to bring your order out to you.

You can update your booking at any time by going back into Social Q through the SMS link to reschedule or cancel your pickup.

Yes, you can nominate another customer to collect on your behalf by utilising the Social Q App.
