What is OnePass?

OnePass is a paid Membership program that brings together Kmart and some of your other favourite brands like Target, Bunnings Warehouse, Officeworks and Catch.com.au, to offer incredible benefits in one place.

OnePass has also partnered with Flybuys giving members the opportunity to earn more points when they shop.

What are the benefits of a OnePass Membership?

A OnePass Membership is your pass to more value and more convenience when you shop at Kmart and participating brands. You get access to the following benefits from participating brands:

  • Free online delivery with no minimum spend on eligible items or orders.

  • 5x Flybuys points on your in-store and Click & Collect purchases at Kmart.

  • Express Click & Collect (already available at Officeworks & Target).

  • 365-day change of mind returns on products purchased

How much does a OnePass Membership cost?

You can enjoy all the benefits of OnePass Membership with a free 30-day trial. Cancel anytime. After 30 days, your Membership to OnePass begins. You can continue month by month for $4/month or choose an annual Membership at $40/year. With an annual Membership, you save more – receiving 12 months for the price of 10. What do I get in the OnePass free trial?

A free 30-day trial is available to eligible customers before the first payment applies. Customers who are eligible for the free trial can enjoy all OnePass benefits right away.

Am I eligible for the free trial?

You are eligible for the free trial if you haven’t signed up for a OnePass Membership and used the free trial in the past.

What happens at the end of the free trial?

When a free 30-day trial ends, the monthly or annual payment plan begins automatically. So whichever option you chose when you first signed up to OnePass, will kick in then - either $4 a month or $40 a year. You’ll receive an email 7 days before the first payment is due, so you know a payment is scheduled.

How can I sign up to OnePass Membership?

You can sign up to OnePass in the Kmart checkout – simply follow the prompts on the bag page or on the Kmart OnePass page.

You can also sign up on the OnePass home page - just click the ‘start free trial’ button. After this you’ll be taken to a secure page where you can add in your personal details and choose your payment plan. During sign up you’ll be asked to verify your email address through a one-time pin sent to your email address. (Free trial offer for new members only. If you’re ineligible for a free trial, you can still sign up and become a member.

What happens if I haven’t received my verification email?

If you haven’t received an email asking you to confirm your OnePass account, check your spam or junk folders first, just in case. Then click the ‘resend email’ link on the email verification screen.

If your verification email still hasn’t arrived after 10 minutes, the spelling of your email may be incorrect. If it is, just begin the sign-up process again, entering the correct email address. Don’t worry, you won’t be charged until your email is confirmed.

What if I've already ordered? Can I still join OnePass and get the benefits?

If you’ve already placed a Kmart order before joining OnePass, we’re unable to apply OnePass benefits to that order.

How do I cancel my OnePass Membership?

You can cancel your membership at any time. Go to the OnePass homepage www.onepass.com.au and follow these steps:

  1. Log in

  2. Click on ‘My Membership’ within the ‘Your OnePass Profile’ section

  3. Click on ‘Cancel Membership’

  4. Click on ‘Yes, cancel’

You can sign up again at any time.

If I want to cancel my OnePass Membership, can I transfer or get a refund for my remaining time period?

Memberships cannot be refunded or transferred. Any cancellation comes into effect at the end of your current billing period. So with a yearly membership plan, this cancellation will come in effect for the next year’s billing cycle. If you have a monthly Membership plan, the cancellation will come into effect for the following month.

If there’s time remaining in your billing period, you can continue to enjoy your OnePass benefits until the end of the billing cycle.

How do I renew my OnePass Membership?

It’s all automatic, so you don’t need to do a thing. Your free 30-day trial will rollover automatically into your chosen monthly or annual Membership plan. Your Membership will automatically renew each month or annually on the date you signed up, and a new billing cycle will begin.

  •  If your payment fails or your card expires, you’ll receive an email notifying you of the failed payment that will include a link to update your payment information.

  •  With failed payments, the OnePass system will automatically charge your card again on Day 2 and Day 5 after the first failed attempt. If the payment fails on Day 5, your Membership will be immediately cancelled, and benefits will no longer be available.

  •   You can sign up to OnePass again once your free 30-day trial ends (if this is when your first payment failed). Or when the previous paid membership cycle ends.

  •  If you have cancelled your Membership during the free trial period, you will need to wait until the trial has ended before you can renew your Membership This can be done in your OnePass account my.onepass.com.au

What’s better value – a monthly Membership or an annual Membership?

A monthly OnePass Membership costs $4 per month – this equates to $48 over one year. A yearly Membership is paid upfront and costs $40 for the year, saving you $8.

Can I freeze my Membership?

No, OnePass does not offer a freeze on a Membership.

Can I add another person to my Membership?

No, only one person can be linked to each OnePass account.

Once I’ve signed up with my new account, how long does it take before I can start enjoying the benefits of OnePass?

Once you’ve got OnePass Membership you are ready to enjoy the benefits at Kmart, Target, Bunnings Warehouse, Officeworks and Catch.com.au.

If I’ve got any questions, how can I contact OnePass?

If you’ve got a question, the FAQs and Help material on the OnePass website are there to help you. If you still can’t find the answer you’re looking for, just contact the Support team via the Customer Support Form on the OnePass website and the team will get back to you promptly – usually within 2 business days (excluding public holidays). What happens after I submit a Customer Support Form?

After you submit your Customer Support Form, a reference number will pop up on your screen. You’ll also receive a confirmation email letting you know OnePass have received your request. The team will then get back to you – usually within 2 business days (excluding public holidays).

What payment methods are accepted?

Credit cards (Amex, Mastercard and Visa) and debit cards are all accepted payment options. PayPal isn’t available just yet – but will be soon.

What items are eligible for free delivery with a OnePass Membership?

Earn 5x Flybuys points

How can I collect 5x Flybuys points with OnePass?

As a OnePass member, you can earn 5x Flybuys points in store and Click & Collect purchases. 

To collect 5x Flybuys points in store, ensure that you link your Flybuys account to your OnePass account and scan your Flybuys card when making an in store purchase. 

To collect 5x Flybuys points on a Click & Collect purchase, ensure you are logged in via OnePass and include your linked Flybuys card number at checkout. 

How do I link my Flybuys with OnePass?

Visit OnePass.com.au and follow these steps:

  • Log into your OnePass account

  • Click on the ‘Link your Flybuys’ prompt on the homepage, you will be taken to the Flybuys page

  • Enter your Flybuys log in details

Click ‘Continue’ to confirm the linkage.

I'm an existing Priceline Sister Club member, how do I link my Sister Club account with OnePass?

You will need to link your OnePass and Sister Club accounts first before you can receive OnePass perks at Priceline. Linking your accounts is simple.

Login to your Sister Club account and navigate to the "Account summary" page.

Click "Link account" on the OnePass tile. You will be directed to login to your OnePass account. Your accounts will link automatically once you login to OnePass via this link.

Once linked your browser will return to the Priceline website where you will see an "Activation successful" message. Your OnePass status will now appear as "Active" when logged into your Sister Club account.

I'm an existing OnePass member, how do I join Sister Club?

It’s easy! Just follow these steps:

  1. Log into your OnePass account using your OnePass login.

  2. Click on the Priceline logo and select 'Log in to Sister Club to activate'.

  3. Register for Sister Club and follow the prompts to sign up.

  4. A verification email will be sent to your newly registered email address.

  5. In the verification email, click on 'complete registration'. You’ll be redirected to the Priceline website to enter your personal details.

  6. After entering your details, click on 'please click here' to link your OnePass and Priceline accounts. Your logged-in OnePass account will be detected and you’ll be asked for confirmation to link it.

  7. You’ll then be redirected to Priceline with a 'Congratulations' pop-up, confirming that both accounts have been linked.

2 Sister Club points per $1 spent is for ‘Sister Club’ tier members only. Existing Diamond and Pink Diamond members already receive this benefit or higher and as such will continue to receive the benefit relevant to their tier level. How long does it take to see my points after I shop?

You’ll see all your points within 24 to 72 hours of your purchase (standard points and bonus points may not arrive together).

What do I do if I haven't received my 5x Flybuys points?

If you have not received all your points after 72 hours, please contact the Flybuys contact centre for help.

Can I collect 5x Flybuys points with free delivery purchases?

Currently, the 5x Flybuys points offer is only available when making purchases in store or Click & Collect, at Kmart.

Who should I contact for any issues related to Flybuys points or purchases?

Contact the Flybuys contact centre for help with issues relating to Flybuys points. Make sure you have your receipt of purchase handy. Flybuys Customer Support can be contacted by calling 13 11 16 or by submitting an enquiry here.

I made a purchase today and included my Flybuys details but I forgot to link my Flybuys account to OnePass. What should I do?

Because you haven’t linked your OnePass Membership with your Flybuys account, you will not receive any bonus points. If you do link these accounts and that occurs on the same day as your purchase, even if it is after your purchase, you will be able to earn 5x bonus points for that purchase.

Once your accounts are linked all future purchases when you scan your Flybuys card will be eligible for 5x points.

Can secondary cardholders who are not OnePass subscribers collect 5x Flybuys points on my account?

Yes, as long as at least one Flybuys card in the household is a linked OnePass member, then all Flybuys cards in the household can earn 5x Flybuys points for the household.

365 Day Change of Mind Returns

What is 365 day change of mind returns?

A great benefit of being a OnePass member is that you receive 365 days for change of mind returns. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more information.

How do I return my purchase within the 365 day window as a OnePass Member?

Go to your nearest store with your purchase receipt. Show that you are a OnePass member using your mobile device either via the OnePass Mobile App, or via the web at onepass.com.au.

Are there any limitations or exceptions to the 365 day change of mind returns policy?

Yes, Kmart will not accept the return of items from the following categories under the change of mind returns policy under any circumstances:

  • Cosmetics (if the hygiene seal is broken)

  • Beauty products

  • Fragrances

  • Hosiery

  • Underwear (excluding Bra’s)

  • Swimwear

  • Pierced jewellery

  • Printer cartridges

  • Personalised printed material (for example, and not limited to, photos, canvas, mugs, calendars, personalised products, etc.)

  • Bedding and accessories (for example, mattresses, including air mattresses, sleeping bags and pillow protectors, etc., where the seal and/or packaging has been opened)

  • Tents (where the bag has been opened or components have been used)

  • Trampolines and furniture (where the product has been opened or components have been used or assembled)

  • Gift cards, phone recharge or third-party gift cards

  • Food items

  • Clearance Products

  • Plants

For OnePass members who enjoy 365 days for change of mind returns, additional exclusions apply on products returned after 60 days. These include:

  • Event products (for example, and not limited to, Christmas, Easter, Halloween, Mothers’ Day, Fathers’ Day)

These products can still be returned if they are faulty, not fit for purpose or do not match the sample or description. In the instance of faulty white goods, an at-home repair service is available.

What are the options for receiving a refund or exchange when utilising the 365 days change of mind returns policy?

All OnePass change of mind refunds between 61-365 days from purchase will only be issued using a Kmart Exchange-only voucher.

I bought a product online, is it available for 365 days change of mind return?

Yes. Online purchases can be returned in store. Be sure to check our Returns Policy exclusions list to ensure your product is eligible.

Express Click & Collect

How does the express Click & Collect service work?

OnePass Members receive Express Click & Collect for all their Click and Collect purchases. To take advantage of this offer:

  • Make sure you are logged in via OnePass when shopping online at Kmart.

  • Choose your products online. Add them to your shopping bag. Select Click & Collect as the delivery method at checkout.

  • At checkout you will be able to select the Express Click & Collect service.

  • If you place your order between 9 am and 4 pm, it will be ready in 2 hours for pick up.

  • If you place your order before 9 am, it will be ready from 11am.

  • If you place your order after 4 pm, it will be ready for collection from 11 am the next day.

  • Please note during peak retail periods, order collection times may be longer in some instances. You will receive a collection notification email or SMS when your order is ready for pick-up. Please wait till you receive this notification – normally within 2 hours of placing an order.

  • Collect your order in store. Make sure you bring your collection notification or photo ID. Collect from the Service Counter - usually at the back of the store.

Is Express Click & Collect a FREE service?

Yes. Express Click & Collect is FREE for all OnePass members.

How long do I have to collect my Click & Collect order?

We hold Click & Collect orders for 7 calendar days from the day you receive your collection notification.

If you do not collect your order within 7 calendar days, we cancel the items and refund the order back to the payment method used when placing your order.

Can someone collect my Click & Collect order for me?

Yes. Family and friends can collect your order on your behalf. Just make sure they bring:

  • A copy of the order collection notification

  • A note signed by you, detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf

  • Their own photo ID to match the approved name for collection

Are all products available for Express Click & Collect?

Most items are available for Express Click & Collect but there are some exceptions. If an item is available for Click & Collect, it is available for Express Click & Collect for OnePass Members.

Click & Collect will be shown as a delivery method on the product pages and at checkout if it is available for your selected items.

Is there a minimum order value or purchase requirement for using the Express Click & Collect service?

No, there is no minimum order value for Express Click & Collect.

Is Express Click & Collect available at all stores?

Yes, Express Click and Collect is available at all Kmart Stores, with select Khub stores offering this service.

I've been waiting more than 2 hours for my Express Click & Collect order. What do I do?

Due to periods of high demand, such as events or impact of severe weather events, there may be delays to Click & Collect orders. Please wait for a ‘Ready to collect’ email or SMS before coming to the store. Hold tight, as any delay should be short. Thank you for your understanding.

Spend and Earn Reward

How do I redeem my Spend and Earn reward?

Our Spend and Earn promotion has ended but if you have already your reward, you can still redeem your reward in–store. Open your Kmart app and follow the prompts to redeem your reward in store. T&Cs of e–gift card use are here.

2x Sister Club Points

How can I collect 2 Sister Club points per $1 spent?

This benefit is relevant to 'Sister Club' tier members who have a paid and linked OnePass account. When making a purchase in store provide your Sister Club card to the team member at the register to receive eligible OnePass benefits.

'Sister Club' tier members will collect 2 points per $1 spent in store on eligible purchases at Priceline.

Diamond and Pink Diamond members already receive this benefit or higher and as such will continue to receive the benefit relevant to their tier level. 'Diamond' tier members will continue to receive 2 points per $1 spent in store on eligible purchases at Priceline. 'Pink Diamond' tier members will continue to receive 3 points per $1 spent on eligible purchases at Priceline.

What do I do if I have not received my 2 points per $1 spent in store?

If your points have not appeared after three days check the following:

1. Check your tax invoice to see if your Sister Club card was scanned in store at the time of purchase. Your regular Sister Club points will appear on your tax invoice if your card was scanned.

2. Check that you have linked your preferred Sister Club account to your OnePass account. Your accounts must be linked to receive OnePass benefits.

3. Check your Sister Club tier status. If you are a Diamond or Pink Diamond tier member you will receive 2 or 3 Sister Club points respectively as part of your existing tier reward. These points will appear on your tax invoice as tier points rather than as OnePass bonus points which are for "Sister Club tier" members.
