How much does delivery cost?

Eligible orders over $65* will receive free delivery. For a list of excluded items please visit our Free delivery information page.

Delivery costs vary depending on whether your order is a standard order or a larger order. You can find the exact delivery cost in the checkout, before placing your order.

This only covers part of the cost we pay to ship your order. We do this so that we can maintain low prices on our items and offer this service.

Standard Orders

Standard orders incur a flat rate delivery fee based on your location.

This covers most orders and is up to the size of a chair or bedside table. Small items, like clothing, books, stationery and dining, will likely only incur a standard delivery fee.

• Regional postcodes: $14.00

• Remote postcodes: from $16.00

We source the most competitive carriers possible and constantly review them.

Large Orders

Larger orders incur additional fees as they cost our carriers more to deliver.

A large order is approximately the size of a bookshelf or storage unit. If your order is over this size, we add a cost per volumetric kilogram to our standard delivery fee. This cost is based on your location and varies from state to state, in line with our carrier fees.

Large items, like outdoor play equipment, furniture, prams and bikes will likely incur additional fees.

Do you offer express delivery?

No, we don’t offer express delivery.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we don’t offer international shipping.

Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?

No, we don’t deliver to:

• PO boxes

Do you offer layby online?

No, we don’t offer layby online. Orders must be paid for immediately by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Afterpay or Zip.

Layby is available in most stores.

Can I pay using buy now, pay later service providers?

Yes, we currently accept Afterpay for online orders up to $2000 and Zip for orders of up to $1000 (Zip Pay) or up to $5000 (Zip Money). Orders are subject to the providers’ terms. See www.afterpay.com/terms or www.zip.co/terms for more information.

What is PayPal and how do I sign up?

PayPal is an online payment method that allows you to make fast, safe and easy payments without disclosing your credit card or other financial information to the merchant. Create a free PayPal account.

Do you accept flypay?

From May 27, 2024, Kmart will no longer offer flypay as a payment method at checkout. Please use an alternative payment method.

Can I claim my staff discount online?

Yes, Wesfarmers team members can add their discount card number when checking out online. Add the 13 digit number on the back of your card in the “Payment” section of the checkout and press “Apply” to receive your discount.

Can I collect flybuys points online?

Yes, you can collect Flybuys points online by adding your Flybuys barcode number in the “Payment” section of the checkout.

•  Your barcode number is the 13 digit number found under the barcode on the back of your Flybuys card (e.g. 279 XXXXX XXXXX)

Flybuys points must be collected during checkout and can’t be collected after an online order has been placed.

My credit card details are not being accepted. What’s wrong?

Please check the details you’ve entered online and make sure that:

• Your credit card number is correct with no extra spaces

• Your name must appear exactly as it displays on the card

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes – you can purchase Kmart gift cards in store. Please note, Kmart gift cards can only be redeemed in store.

Can gift cards be redeemed online?

No, gift cards can only be redeemed in store.

Is Afterpay or Zip available in store?

No, both Afterpay and Zip can only be used to pay for orders placed via the Kmart website.

Do you match prices?

Our price Match is that if you find a cheaper price in-store we will match it! We guarantee to match the advertised price on any identical stocked item in store.

Are your prices different online and in store?

Prices online are the same as in store, except for a small number of rural stores, listed below.

•  Mount Isa, Port Pirie, South Hedland, Alice Springs, Kalgoorlie, Karratha, Horsham, Bairnsdale, Port Lincoln, Marlborough

Items in these stores can have a slightly higher price due to their remote location.

Standard Delivery: Ensure delivery before Halloween. Order by midnight 24 October for metro areas, by midnight 22 October for regional areas and by midnight 17 October for remote areas.

Express Delivery: Ensure delivery before Halloween. Order by midday 30 October for Express Delivery for select metro areas on eligible orders.

Click & Collect: Order by midday 30 October for Click & Collect to pick up your order for Halloween.
