Browse our range of pre-order products online. You can add one pre-order item per order. To pre-order multiple products, please place a separate order for each item.

Choose standard delivery

Select Standard Delivery at checkout. You currently cannot pre-order products with Click & Collect or Express Delivery.

Place your order

You’ll receive an order confirmation within 20 minutes of placing your order. You’ll also receive a reminder closer to the product release date.

Receive your order

Your pre-order ships one day before the product release date. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation when it's on the way. Check delivery timeframes on our Delivery FAQ page.

Pre-orders at Kmart Frequently Asked Questions:

Pre-order lets you secure select items before they arrive in-store and online. Simply place and pay for your order now, and we’ll reserve your item for you. We’ll send you a reminder closer to the time, and once it’s ready to ship we’ll notify you and send it straight to your door. It’s the easiest way to ensure you don’t miss out on our latest and greatest!

With pre-order, you can secure a select range of products before they hit the shelves and have them delivered straight to your door. Be among the first to enjoy the latest releases, all while enjoying a stress-free shopping experience – all at our famously low prices!

You should expect to receive your order 3-5 business days from the item’s release date. Stay up to date on the progress of your order on the Track My Order page.

You can cancel your pre-order up until 2 days before the release date. Please chat with us to cancel your order.

After cancelling your order, you can expect to receive your refund within 5 days. You will receive an email confirming your refund.

If you need to change your delivery address after you place your pre-order, please chat with us.

Please note we are unable to change your delivery address after your order has been shipped. Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, it may be possible for the carrier to change your delivery address or redirect your order. Please contact the carrier directly. If your order can’t be delivered it will be returned to our stores. A refund will then be processed and takes 3-5 business days to be processed back into your account. If you still want to purchase the items you can order online again or buy in store.

It’s okay if you’ve changed your mind. Unfortunately we are unable to change your order, but you can! Simply return your item/s to any of our stores within 60 days from your pre-order release date and provide proof of purchase. T&Cs and exclusions apply. Please refer to our Returns Policy.

You can pre-order multiple quantities of the same product in one transaction. However, separate pre-order items need to be processed in individual transactions. This ensures each item is reserved just for you!

Currently pre-orders are only available for home delivery. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will default to home delivery. If you wish to Click & Collect in-stock items, you will need to place a separate order for them.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the regular items will be picked, packed, and shipped separately within our standard delivery timeframe. You'll only be charged one delivery fee.
