Features
  • Balloons are made from natural rubber latex
Additional Information
  • Use of pump to fill with air is recommended. Do not overinflate balloon.
  • Instructions:
    • Inflate the balloons and seal the balloons tight.
    • Insert the balloons into the larger end of the hole in the transparent garland tape one by one.
    • To secure each balloon into place, slide to the narrow end of the hole.
